    I believe, as Pudlez said, there's already maintenance going on on his server. He can get in touch with RN ticket support and get this sorted out at the latest as well.

    Yeah, when it said it was down but no message on https://status.racknerd.com/ I had to check it out myself. There was an entry under past incidents not long ago

    Ah yes, wonder if this still has anything to dow ith the recent CF outage as well. It's common to expect aftershocks after such major outages.

    I second that as well. It's always a breeze contacting their support as well. They have had great response times both on chat and tickets till this time as well.

    and there's a direct email floating around in case an even faster response is desired

    Yup, dustin provides his email to anyone who is looking for some custom support or requires a custom product, for example. Moreover, you can also DM him here if there's any issues. But, to anyone facing any issues, I'd really suggest you to try out RN's ticket support and experience what you have been missing out on comapred to hosters who charge 4-10x more than RackNerd.

    i was just gonna confirm your long time ongoing suspicions that LET is slow sometimes, but then i did speedtest and here we go - 1.32 Mbps download 0.02 Mbps upload - something is wrong with my Internet right now..
