    I personally have been a member for 2+ years now. I have had close to 100% uptime except only one instance where they had to shift a node due to an issue and I was promptly informed of the issue. Since that point almost an year ago, 100% uptime.
    And yes, maintenance is a part of such server infrastructure. But, I strongly believe that for the price that RackNerd offers VPSes, their service is premium and much better than some of the big names out there. Just my 2 cents.
    Also, get in touch with their support. They are knowledgeable, respond quickly and will help you sort this out at the latest.

    I second that as well. It's always a breeze contacting their support as well. They have had great response times both on chat and tickets till this time as well.
