Looking for a VPS that allows free IP address changes. Requirements: must support free IP changes, for 30 days per month with one free IP change allowed per day.
Bandwidth requirement: unlimited traffic
No specific configuration requirements
Budget: less than $4 per month
If you know of any options, please kindly share the links, brothers and sisters!

Daily IP changes AND unlimited bandwidth for under $4/month?
I wouldn't get your hopes up for that ever happening.
Why not use Proxy if you need so many IPs? No Provide going to give you so many IPs so you burn them in 4$
I just got one of the Racknerd's Black Friday special offers from the thread here and there is a thing for new IP address in the panel so I think it's worth a look.
AWS is not cheap, but you can change ip address with them many times in the month.
Virmach offered that function too, what it does, give you a spare out of that IP pool.
If a bunch of people do that, you gonna end up with bad IP's, so its like waste of money.
Its not like they got infinite IP's allocated there.
yes I would be inclined to hang on to my IP address and look after it.

If ip is not in blacklist, why do you need to change it? Only abusers/spammers need to change ip daily.
Get AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or Oracle free tier, all of them let you have a server with an ephemeral IP that changes every time you power it off.
Or MJJ to avoid GFW related

We have the possibility to add and remove IP's freely and with hourly billing.
But we do not allow uncontrolled mail spam
Pardon my bluntness, but generally speaking, users like this are highly abusive, unwelcome malicious users.
Changing IP addresses is inherently a high-cost service that requires payment. Yet you not only want to find a free IP-changing service but also demand low prices. This kind of request, I suspect, could only come from a low-IQ scammer.
