On the Asia Pacific side, while VPS in that region isn’t available yet, we do currently offer shared and reseller hosting out of Singapore, which some folks in that region have found to be a good fit depending on their use case.
For VPS specifically, our Los Angeles footprint tends to be the next best thing latency-wise for Asia Pacific. We operate out of two separate LA facilities (Los Angeles DC-02 and Los Angeles DC-03), both of which consistently deliver solid latency into that part of the world.
By the way, a fresh batch of 60 new nodes is in the process of being racked at LA DC-03 as we speak, so expect restocks across all plans in that location very soon. Always a good feeling when new hardware starts landing

Hi @PuDLeZ -- our average ticket response time is usually in that 10–20 minute range. Quick tasks like ISO mounts or simple requests tend to get handled even faster, just like what you experienced.
When something needs a bit more digging, or involves multiple steps or departments, it can stretch slightly, but even then, we stay on it, and we always have several technicians on shift at any given time. Over the years we’ve managed to handle plenty of heavy demand cycles without letting support quality slip, and that’s something we take pride in.
End of the day, we’re always here -- and real human support too

just spin up a sales page with a nice Nameserver related pitch, put site into search console and let people come to you. That's what i think.. And you have over 1 year to figure out what else can be done about it...
when my wife is on the case, she literally will cover amazing distances in Chicagoland to get what she wants.. Sometimes she'd go to ALL walmarts within 50 miles to get some special Hello Kitty stuff en-masse.. I mean, there's a lot to joke about, but please don't ask me to share photos of my living room or the basement.. or even behind that hanging cupboard, the rest of the kitchen.. the only room that is devoid of piles of stuff is mine. and so i live in 1 room.. in a 3 bedroom house with a finished basement.. more like finished stuffing it with shit that nobody needs...

oh were you gonna do Racknerd mug? that changes things.. I do have an eternal cup that knock on wood has been my companion since 2008-9 i think.. it's white with black handle on bottom shelf. it's not big enough so i use it for coffee only. but it has me and my wife's photo, on the other side, had it made in Walgreens, I think they bake the photo onto it, so it's like a twice-baked cup with very thick handle.. otherwise everything else is my wife's doing..
and just to think, we were hitting page 100 last night.. every time i think it's slowing down, you guys don't disappoint me at all.
