I have never visited your website before but I also get a 404.
We are receiving orders and we have checked from multiple browsers and devices and confirm everything as working.

can confirm it;s returning error 404 on veloxmedia.co.uk and my.veloxmedia.co.uk is loading really really slow

Yeah as I never visited the website before, I couldn't have had it cached.
Also doesn't work in Incognito, TOR, on Brave browser.
Tried in Edge and Chrome as well but nope, still a 404.

Basically, we added a user into cPanel and it somehow messed up the permissions of our website's home folder. After sorting that out, the site was restored.
The slowness on the main page (veloxmedia.co.uk) should be rectified as well.
main site loads for me well but store links (ex https://my.veloxmedia.co.uk/index.php?rp=/store/black-friday-2025 ) taking as much as 10s to load.
oh additionally there's some weird squiggly line thinger (Ā£) where it should show $ please help.

Just updating y'all here. We've upgraded our backend server. Our panel should be much more snappy now - at least it loads faster than 10 seconds
