Ok. But haven't seen 480GB NVMe in OVHs world so far. E.g. I save KS-Mystery w/ E5-1650v4 with two 450GB NVMe but not 480GB NVMe. But everything is possible with OVH.

But everything is possible with OVH

@barbaros got 420GB NVME on his KS-MYSTERY so yup...

Yeah and they said that NVMe is expected in MYSTERY range, so I had to suck it up.

Really just want to know if they're going to refund me so that if I see another machine come available, I can jump on it. If they're going to be difficult, I'll just look elsewhere.

    I'll hit up chat.

  • KS-LE-D I am looking to transfer, Its in Gravelines, Intel Core i7-4790K, 16 GB RAM, 240GB SSD, UK account if anyone is interested

Update on my issue. I did chat support and quickly got escalated. Their internal inventory tool showed standard SSD on the device as well. Once I pointed them to the list page showing NVMe, they were genuinely concerned and removed the remainder of the inventory.

From there, it was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had (have managed servers or virtual instances since 2003/2004). An account manager called me, apologized and then secured a similar box that was in inventory and double checked to ensure it had NVMe. Refunds/credit has fully been corrected and I’m live on the machine now.

Just thought I’d share in case it helps others. Honestly, for such a low-budget and automated system, I was not really expecting any level of human support for this mistake. I was also assuming it would take a few days to get the financial stuff resolved (if at all). But, I was so wrong. I’ll definitely be moving more of my infrastructure over to them.

So you got an E5-1650v4 with two NVMe drives now I assume? For the price of the KS-LE-3? You are really lucky.

Still no movement on RISE-LE-4 or SYS-STOR-LE-2 - do we think it was a pricing/listing error? or just both sold out that fast?

Got two, one in GRA, one is RBX.
They come with somewhat nicer diks...

    CPU: E3-1231v3
    RAM: 32768 MB
DISKS: 2 X Disk SSD 1920 GB, JBOD
