BF deals are actually so predictable now. Their RSs are already affordable given the latest hardware they come with.
Do they cover themselves in their terms for cpu loss of performance or just simply dont respond to questions about it.

I am aware of that but its not the answer to my question. Does Netcup state that cpu performance can degrade and is acceptable or do they ignore customers when they ask them about it.
kind of both. they say that the performance is dedicated and they dont oversell(deep inside their faq or something) but when I reported about reduced performance to their support, i did not get a satisfactory response for their Ultra server which i picked.
