I paid for 22 VPS over a week ago. Before purchase, I negotiated 5 different subnets. Initially received VPS but had no access. After contacting support, all 22 IPs were changed to sequential addresses within a single subnet. I contacted support again, reminding them of the contract terms. IPs were changed again to 5 different subnets, but access still failed. After another support request, IPs were reverted to a single subnet again.
I've been unable to start work for over a week and have spent significant time on verification and correspondence. Is this normal practice for this provider? Should I request a refund, or does DediRock typically fulfill contracted terms?

Dedi is great. They will provide you excellent service. Just contact them again.
It's strange, I've heard a lot of good things too, and I talk to technical support every day, but they just can't deliver my order and I haven't been able to start work for over a week, so I decided to ask here first, maybe someone else has had similar problems.
