    each spoon of such (my) creamer has 1gr of sugar, so it's barely sweet. but i don't blame you.. i personally try hard not to eat anything with added sugar, but i don't skim on sugary stuff if it's natural - like fruits, nuts, yogurt, honey (in tea sometimes), etc.. had a 2nd degree diabetes scare a few years ago, was chugging pepsi - a 2L every day for years, so now my sugar is so trained, it basically doesn't spike even after fruit-loaded dinner..
