According to ovh eco range details, only basic ddos protection.
Only GAME servers range have game ddos protection

LE Servers are orderable, but since they are not in the availability, cannot proceed to checkout for generating the invoice order on the API.
Ovh is finally listening to complaints from bot auto buy scripts (more likely because of the insane amount of invoices generated without paying).
We will have to wait until it is available on the website to buy it (around 14:00 in baguette time maybe since it is when the last sales end).

Probably yes since they removed all LE in availability 1h ago and then make them available to order 15m ago. But since no availability, no invoice, no order. Seems like they found a way to mitigate the bots scripting.

Yes the website also use the availabilities endpoint. I think this time they will wait for the website to have all the plancodes and then make it to the availabilities. Instead of the reverse that has been the case for a while. I only see this option for why they would do it that way.
