    Hello! I sent you both a message and a ticket on the 18th, but no one has replied yet. I still have a few questions. Earlier you said that IRC is allowed, but I see something different in the TOS, so I’m confused.

    Also, I’m wondering about the “DoS target” part — does this mean that if I get DDoS’d, I’m violating the TOS? I don’t think anyone asks to be DDoS’d in order for it to count as a violation of the rules.

    No, we do provide DDoS Protection, which means that if your services gets attacked occasionally that won't be an issue. However if your service is the constant target of DDoS attacks, which might provide disruptions in our network. Then that might be a problem.
