It's not that hard to achieve although you will need a residential IP or get yourself some headless chrome coupled with residential IP and bam you get yourself a working scraper but make it so it only do that for every one minute or so mass scraping might get your ip blacklisted. I believe that's how ed do that. The scraper runs at home and sends data to vps at short intervals(1 minute?).
