    I want that gaming PC.. haven't been able to upgrade mine since 2018.. I am on GeForce 2060 + 1070 for what it's worth.. for the love of all tech gods... While getting a prize for engagement is something within reach, just gotta work hard, be vigilant and preferably relevant, as I too hate spamming threads for no reason.. basically it's achievable thru hard work with virtually zero luck involved.

    Yeah, the previous years, you have to be really spammy if you want first but you should be able to do the other places just trying to win the giveaways and chatting with folks. Though, you do have to keep going until the end which is Dec/22/2025

    don't get me wrong, 2nd place prize is also good and worth working for.. same goes for the 3rd one, the scooter must be fun.. LOL, those are prizes that I want, but would probably never buy myself, so it is quite a nice incentive.. even the $200 credit, it's like getting 20 free VPS for 1 year.. one can do a lot with that.

    also @dustinc indicated that there will be somewhat of a filter where outright spam or useless posts won't be counted towards the goal, so there's hope for anyone active.

    and again, while I am not personally familiar with the megathread beast, it is fair to assume it will attract attention of many people, possibly making competition here a little easier. just gotta have your priorities straight..

    thought about it too, but there's Cloudflare in the way, so it'll be hard to do, have to imitate human+browser, if you want it automated... So far the only method I see is looking into source of the html via browser manually and from there can copy it and feed it into the counter script, which will do the work, but honestly it will be too much work.

    maybe something with Selenium or AutoIt with the use of headless browser, but then again - CLOUDFLARE...

    I think that's the one where they take every that commented, randomize the list, and then awards prizes
