Basically what had happened, while I was setting up the offer, it was intercepted and posted before I had fully updated the pricing.
So it was a monster server for what looked like $7 per year. 
What made it all the more fun is the offer was actually in hidden status.

When people place orders for hidden and not offered service, you permanently ban them.
The dealz won't be amazing if there's no IPv6.
This week, we canceled our last paid VirmAche server.
From now on, we no longer have any paid servers that lack IPv6.
