With regards to EU, just share a bit of perspective, rather than inflate all of the promo pricing across the board just to absorb the higher operating costs in that region, we broke it out separately. This way, everyone still gets the lowest possible entry price across all of our other locations, and the added fee only applies if someone specifically wants that EU location. It keeps things transparent, and ultimately delivers better value for everyone.
EU has been a challenging region for most providers, power, space, and general operating costs are higher than North America. Yet despite that, we’ve stayed consistent, since day one, we’ve never raised renewal pricing on customers. What you see now is what you continue paying, period.
So the structure helps keep the promos aggressive, while still making EU an option for those who absolutely require it. Hope that gives a bit more insight
