I schedule posts in advance. For some reason, every so often Wordpress fails to post a scheduled post, and just says "Missed Schedule" in the admin page.
It's really irritating.
Wordpress's cron is fake, of course...with every visitor it looks to see if anything's due and publishes anything overdue. So even if it missed it with one visitor, you'd expect the next to see it, but instead it hangs around in "Missed Schedule" status forever.
I even implemented a cron job that calls wp-cron and that didn't fix it either.
Just saw this now! Nearly thought I was too late, go RN!
