That is a very interesting name to be brought up. Daniel Mishayev, someone I've been looking into recently. From what I can remember (as I cannot be assed reading my docs again), he is related to a lot of bulletproof hosting, PFCloud, runs botnets, quite a bit more.
He is definitely an interesting guy.

Optibounce is AnonRDP.
They listed our ASN on their ASN Drop List for an unknown reason. We had no IP's listed on Abusedb.ch or Spamhaus itself. All was good and tbh we just heard about the block we experienced not a single issue with the listing. After endless tickets and explanations they have unlisted us. We are not a DCMA ignoring provider, we do not tolerate spam, phishing, scam etc. We are a privacy focused provider but they treated us as if we were criminals.
