Can't give half of the physical CPU cores on a Ryzen CPU at these prices though, too much risk for load balancing issues. If you need 8 cores you probably need to look for higher core/lower frequency Epyc servers.

If I need to be honest, at that price range and requirement, may be only Berohost can accommodate (if it is possible).
I have used 9950x from different providers from time to time and found only Berohost to be cheapest.
Currently have a 9950x vps 4 core, 10 GB RAM 50 GB storage with 10 TB BW @5 gbps €69/yea or €6.9 per month.
GB6 single score average around 3000+
So may be it'll be possible.
