Did you ticket in? I mean thats the best way out.
Plus the support is not rated best. So there's that.
And its weekend...
Nah, just was wondering why my server isn't answering.
When checked my dashboard, it showed a ticket already with the text i posted earlier.
Well in that case they are actively working on it, hopefully
If you had important stuff, hope ya had a backup.
If not time to setup
This goes for any and all providers regardless
Service may work fine for a long time before it goes down or in your cade you experienced it early on.
Hopefully its resolved soon.
Good luck

All of mine are always 5500-6000 gb6 (U.S. Local Zones VPS-1)
Cancel an epyc vps or hold for longer?

@Arirang Awesome scores. Are they all equipped with EPYC? What about I/O, are they strictly throttled?
I just noticed that they are doing Pre-Orders now for VPS.
VPS-2 in Limburg (DE) - Delivery within 30 days...
Same for Milan but it says within 21 days..
They are all AMD EPYC-Genoa Processor at 4 @ 3095.350 MHz.
I/O is better than what it was at first.
That's interesting, my VPS is using a different CPU it seems.
They probably use different Genoa models like EPYC 9554 (3.1 GHz) and EPYC 9354 (3.25 GHz).
Where are these VPSes yall are snapping up? When I look at my OVH dashboard, or the other tab Public Cloud, all I see are Instances, other things, but NOTHING with an under 1 euro/month price.

local zones only
These Servers are only available as VPS-1 in local zones.
Unfortunately have to agree with you to some extent. I was excited to deploy an OVH VPS in Denver at first, but the ping is only ~10ms faster from Comcast than it is to BHS.
Where did you see US locations?
I couldn’t find them anywhere in the list.
https://us.ovhcloud.com/vps/
Makes sense now. You gotta open a US account, you cannot order them under EU one.
Got a new VPS today for some testing stuff and it was advertised with 4 cores but I only got 2
Edit: reinstall (or a reboot?) fixed this somehow.
YABS:
Looks like OVH is deploying some EPYC Milan vpses in Limburg.
How good is Zurich localzone vps for production website
Can someone share info on WAW VPS-1 / VPS-2 Yabs?
While I have not seen an outage for ZRH so far, I'd still call those lz vps in Europe beta products.
@emgh and me both had 1 week+ outages on lz hypervisors in other lz regions (VIE/MAD), it looks as if those lz vps hypervisors are not fully monitored by OVH and lack some stability.
So proceed with care or plan for some redundancy/failover.
why did i even bother gambling for this sigh
Ok, here we go again...
Is anyone here still running localzone vps-1 in Vienna?
I now have all of them down instead of just one like last year.
Let's see if they will fix that location before 2027.
nope, just sticking to their non lz locations.
Is anyone here still running localzone vps by OVH? If yes, can you check the date of the last automatic daily backup?
For all local zones, atm (Feb. 5th) I see a date somewhere end of January...., e.g. 28th or 29th. Seems pretty broken or do they do automatic backups only weekly and not daily as with their normal vps line?
(See this both in US and EU with localzone vps)
