Looking for EU VPS that ignore DMCA

I'm looking to rent a few VPS with a budget $10-20/yr per VPS. Spec wise doesn't need to be great
Budget $10-20/yr
DMCA ignore (must)
KVM preferred
1 vcore minimum
512mb RAM minimum
Port speed : 1gbit minimum with 5TB BW / month (10TB will be great tbh)
Storage : 5-10gb (just need it for logs)
Location in EU, preferably with low ping to FR/DE <15ms
1 IPv4 (+ IPv6 if any)
NO CSAM/Adult/TOR. You can also block port 25. My port usage will be between 10 to 100mbit most of the time but sometimes will burst to 500mbit for a small timeframe.

I can recommend Calibour. They have servers in Frankfurt, but the prices start at €2.50/m (€30/y) for 1c1g VM with 10TB @ 1Gbps bandwidth
You could try asking @Alyx for a small discount.
I doubt there are any other DMCA ignore hosts in the $10-20/y price range.
Yeah I know it's a stretch, was just trying my luck because of BF deals

I saw that you are listing it as 1g and 10gbit Fair-Use Bandwidth. How much are you expecting realisticly in TB for the bandwidth usage "fair-use" for those plan?
