But OP require deployment location is:LA,fiberstate does not have a server that meets the OP's budget. Furthermore, the OP also requires a /26 IPv4 subnet
they have servers in LA but i am not sure about /26 he can ask in their threads or open ticket i just give a hint about hardware only
