An interesting situation: I took two servers from them, didn't violate anything, and now I see that both servers are frozen. The reason is unknown, and there were no explanations. I've already created a ticket, but the situation is unpleasant.
@sline Unfortunately, I have the same problem. It worked great for the first few days, but since then it's been intermittent! Disappointing.
I understand u, my server worked 6-8 days and now he has the status - suspend. I just saw in the logs that it was launched and stopped. And no one responded in the tickets.
My problem seems to be solved, the servers are working again.
I just noticed one of my servers was down and checking on the site my has been suspended? What’s going on, I’ve had service here for 4 yrs without a problem. I submitted a ticket and hope this gets resolved. At least an email could have been sent out telling me the service was suspended.
I have responded to all tickets.
My 4 servers are also suspended Which is on server205
