As a common practice, many businesses block IP traffic from countries with which they do not do business. You can use a service like https://www.ip2location.com/free/visitor-blocker to export free IP lists by country for this purpose.
192.168.0.1 is a lot easier to remember and type out than 2001:0db8:85a3:0000:0000:8a2e:0370:7334 is

Good idea but taking into consideration that Spamhaus is like a wannabe-neckbeard mafia with anthropophobia I feel dirty after just seeing that domain.
I wouldn't recommend outright blackholing any IP address just because someone added it to their list (I am talking about any organization, not just Spamhaus, with any level of credibility). Still, these lists are useful to have a closer look into suspicious networks.
