We have New York Metro available with the Ryzen 9 9950X package. Nothing in Northern Virginia.
Just a suggestion to advance to NV if NYC is too expensive as ping from here Northern Virginia to NY is only 10 to 20ms.

Not at the moment, only the Ryzen 9 9950X package. We may add additional server packages to NY in the future.
Promos aren't expected to change for BF, NYC 9950X @ $129.95 is as good as its going to get.
