VPS or VDS - SG

Iām looking for a VPS or VDS hosted in Singapore.
I am a current subscriber of GreenCloud, HostHatch and OrangeVPS, but Iām hitting the RAM limit.
What Iām after
Location: Singapore (must)
RAM: 24 GB ā 32 GB
CPU: 8 ā 10 vCPU (shared or semi-dedicated, just stable)
Storage: 120 ā 200 GB NVMe
Virtualization: KVM needed
IPv4: 1 (low-latency route within Asia)
Backup: at least 1 Backup or Snapshot (Automated is preferred)
My budget is ard USD 190 / yr
Yearly billing preferred

I recommend OVH
I did some poking at OVH. Most of cheaper servers plan does not include SG.
For SG plan , the spec are nice but the pricing are higher too.
Please correct if i am wrong.
