    They sold me a faulty server. First, they sent me a password, but the authorization was certificate-based. Then it turned out that instead of the operating system specified in the order, they installed a different one. Later, I discovered that the server goes offline several times a day. Every support ticket takes at least 24–48 hours to get a response. After 10 days, they offered to replace the disks. I can’t use the server and have to reinstall all the software. Terrible technical support.

    I’m writing to follow up on my service migration request and a related adjustment need.
    I previously submitted a ticket (Ticket ID: PZT-856-30188) to migrate my service from Service ID 3200082 to Service ID 3201677. Currently, the migration has been completed — Service ID 3200082 has been shut down, and all services have been transferred to Service ID 3201677. However, two issues require your assistance: no new invoice has been issued for the migrated service (Service ID 3201677), and the "buy 1 get 2 free" promotional offer that originally applied to my purchase of Service ID 3200082 has not been carried over to the new Service ID 3201677.
    Given these circumstances, could you please extend the service period of Service ID 3201677 by two months as a compensation adjustment? Your prompt handling would be greatly appreciated.
