Im gonna use it for gaming/botting in games like Path of Exile 1/2 and run 24/7 mostly
need something like:
ryzen 5/7/9 or good intel
16/32gb RAM
fast nvme ssd
GPU doesnt have to be top since im gonna kill graphic in game with software, but something like gtx 1070/1080 or rtx 2060/2070 or 3060/3070 and higher would be good
budget is up to 200$ month, can pay a bit more if server is really good but i can consider any offers
i'd even tip 10-20$ if you help me find something really good 
i've checked probably hundreds of websites and didnt find anything reliable, maybe i just dont know where to look cause im new into it

does they support windows 11 and gui? i though they are for AI only
They provide full IPMI access through the TenantOS panel, so you can install any operating system. They don't have Windows 10 or 11 but have Windows Server templates.
so basically i can send them ISO with windows 11 and install it? sorry im new in servers
