I haven't got a reply from Servitro, has anyone received the free gift?

  • I didn't expect much for $12, but these days the performance rather bad. I mainly used the VPS for Wireguard to access my home network, but at the moment it is unusable for me.

Hey, we emailed everyone regarding the hypervisor overloading issue and the upcoming upgrade. It will be resolved after the upgrade.

Maybe I'm blind, but you announced maintenance for 3 November, or what email are you referring to?

I didn't expect much for $12, but these days the performance rather bad. I mainly used the VPS for Wireguard to access my home network, but at the moment it is unusable for me.

Yes, it was scheduled for the 3rd, but we had to postpone it due to some issues. It will be completed within 1–2 days. We will send an email to everyone before proceeding.

Hey, I haven’t sent it yet as our team has been busy with a hypervisor upgrade since last week. It will be distributed by Monday.

Hey, Servitro, I haven't received your reply either. Has anyone else received the free gift?

    Yes.

I didn't expect much for $12, but these days the performance rather bad. I mainly used the VPS for Wireguard to access my home network, but at the moment it is unusable for me.

Has this been solved for you?

I think it has improved, but my VPS still seems to be unavailable for short periods few times a day (100% packet loss), monitored with uptime kuma. But on the other hand, we're talking about a $12 VPS here, so you shouldn't expect too much.

While I agree that one should have realistic expectations, the packet loss (downtime/unreachability) is nevertheless much too frequent, I'm afraid
