rarecloud is the worst service I've ever had. Following the staff's instructions on the ticket, I cancelled the service and requested a refund. The service has now been cancelled, and I've been waiting for several days without receiving my refund. I know several other users are experiencing the same problem. I wonder when you'll be able to resolve this. @rarecloud

refund can take up to 2 weeks depending on your bank and payment gateway of rarecloud
Thank you for your reply. I paid using PayPal, and PayPal will notify me immediately upon receiving a refund.
Why open a thread on LET since you can talk to the provider directly?

If communicating directly with the merchant were helpful, I wouldn't be posting on Let. I've been waiting for several days since I cancelled the service as their request, you know?

No you see that’s the thing, I don't care, nobody cares, you're just trying to use this community to put pressure on a provider. It's not even a review or anything.
I don't care whether you care or not; publicly exposing businesses with poor service can prevent others from facing the same problems again.

why always refund? dont need dont buy.
If the service quality is good, I will not issue a refund.
check if they issue the refund,
just cancellation doesn't mean your refund has been issued,
and maybe refund to rarecloud credit in your account
open ticket to see what's going on
Ask them how long it takes for refunds to be issued. Up to a week isn't out of the ordinary. They should be able to give you a timeline.
They have replied to me via Lowendtalk, asking me to provide my registered email address and ticket number, and to wait for further processing.

We understand that refunds can be stressful, especially when you spent your lunch money on a server that you expected to work and instead its faulty. I would be upset as well if I had to eat bugs, or dirt for a day or two while the refund is processed. Perhaps you can practice some deep breathing exercises, go for a walk, or smoke a big fat kahuna and sleep it off. Regardless what method you choose to cope, we hope you can find peace and tranquility with this situation, and if things don't improve soon, please feel free to reach out anytime between 9AM and 1PM EST except at 11AM-NOON when we go to the tavern for wobbly pops and pork rinds.
