They aren't made for compute, these are not VPS', they are for storage only, mostly backup space, hence why they are so cheap. HDD of course since its storage, not for OS or compute work.
Depending where you host it, just change 2283:2283 in docker compose to 127.0.0.1:2283:2283 Not sure why their docker compose does not yet have it.
