Yes, I confirm that. Numerous similar common I/O and disk errors. I can't log in via ssh. I see it only through VNC on the website. Tech support only replied to my previous ticket. The following request regarding hardware problems with my servers is still silent....and not responding....It's been almost a whole day.

Exactly my thoughts, My Technical support ticket takes 10-15 hours to receive a reply. Yet they displayed 98% of ticket got a response by 30minutes, I think that's for the AI response not human intervention. There is a saying if it ain't broken don't fix it, In this case, don't upgrade it. Not only did I not get the NVMe SSD performance, I got myself an unusable VPS in addition. Save yourself the troubles now I have full downtime with an unusable VPS. I urge those pending NVMe SSD Migration to halt your request now.

Well I sure hope the day you find yourself in my situation and you can sit out and wait 10-15 hours for a reply, that may not fully resolve your issue. Then you can wait another 10-15 hours again for another follow up reply. Since you are so generous with your time

You are paying like 2-3 Euro per month for a VPS that has above average cores, RAM and Disk. Get your facts checked.
@DeluxHost From yesterday looking multiple connection interruption on C and E nodes from 2 to 10 minutes. I can connect to the nodes via SSH, but it works extremely slow. Looks like some networking issues about 60% packets is loss. HTTP fails.

Guys, there is a huge problem with dos attacks the past two months . Google aisuru. Neoprotect closed down in 24 hours and the guys at deluxhost are trying a new service. The problem is not the servers, is the network protection. If you want 0 problems find a provider under cloudflare. Only huge companies have the means to deal with such kinds of attacks. Im not happy as well but lets distinguish between internal and external problems. This is small company that offers 7-12-15 euros servers. Dont expect in such cases everything to flow without interuptions.
Yo BRO if you pay peanuts you get monkeys. Pay for cashews and get a premium service that responds to you in less than an hour. How much you paid for year, 35 Euro?

I don't expect much, but the network is less reliable than carrier pigeons.
You're not wrong, and I'm not rushing to cancel but I won't be purchasing vps from gameserver hosts again.
I can't decide if the ddos or the ddos protection is worse but either way it's just not worth the hassle.

I know the situation isn't great, and I'm truly ashamed of it.
Unfortunately, we've been under heavy DDoS attacks for days.
In the last few days, we've received over 600 DDoS attacks on our network. GSL and @BackboneDirect are helping us tremendously.
At the moment the worst situation is passing now, in the last few days we have only encountered some disconnections, but the tactics have now changed.
We're trying to resolve the situation as quickly as possible, but we need time, not days, but hours. The solution is very close. We've received a 500% increase in tickets. The team is small, and we're having difficulty. I assure you, we're doing our best.
Those who have been with us for a long time know that our response time has always been low.
My apologies again. Whoever's attacking us isn't an idiot, they're using advanced systems and tactics that only an expert can spot. However, we're patching things up.
I'm still proud of how our team is working, even in difficult times, thanks to those who are by our side, we will not let ourselves be discouraged, but we will react.

I want to say that the network situation currently seems stable, but we'll continue monitoring it over the next few hours. If you have some legitimate beef spit it out otherwise stop this nonsense. Host and customers are already dealing with actual issues.
