All of our services are back fully operational, sorry again for the inconvenience.

We are still monitoring the situation to prevent these things to happen again.

  • No.
    IPv6 is still DOWN.
    Default gateway does not respond.

I would like to thank everyone for your understanding.

Unfortunately, since yesterday we have found ourselves in a dire situation where our main upstream network has ceased to exist, causing us no small amount of problems, and I repeat, this without any kind of warning. However, as usual, we will do everything we can to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

after you changed your upstream away from neoprotect, my ping to your servers in amsterdam is 15ms lower (almost halfed). i hope you stay away from them and keep gtt

Thanks for the feedback, we've now made the switch permanently and won't be going back. Our new protection provider will be GSL.

What protection is the M line using now? Gluetun container is working with way better speed. Don't change it, please!

    https://deluxhost.net/legal/fair-use

2.1 – Bandwidth Guidelines by Service Type

To provide more transparency, we offer indicative monthly traffic ranges based on the type of service:

    VPS/VDS Services: 15TB to 25TB
    Dedicated Servers: 50TB to 70TB
    Special Offers (Plans X, Z, T, F, BF, …): 10TB to 20TB

These limits serve as guidelines and are not enforced as hard caps. Exceeding them does not necessarily result in automatic penalties but may trigger actions if the usage negatively impacts the performance of shared infrastructure or the overall quality of service.

This bandwidth at this price is unfortunately not a totally realistic thing, so it is not possible, i’m sorry.

  • @DeluxHost any restock for K-3 or up? :*

  • Very good hosting

  • Ticket #EUW-084344 - Requesting a migration to NVMe hard drives and fixing the inaccessibility issue.

I wait for days to migration to nvme, but now it’s still in progress,I’m so sad

  • @DeluxHost any restock for K-4 ?

  • @DeluxHost My VPS was recently migrated to NVMe SSD Node, However when I ran a YABS disk speed test, The results were miserable especially with 4K filesizes. Is the node severely degraded due to overselling? I have in fact never seen someone posted a YABS getting as low as my disk read/write speed particularly 4k block size.

Raised a ticket UHS-707979 but your support told me that is normal and within expected range? Considering this is NVMe SSD I don't think it is anywhere normal for 4k block size read/write to be a mere crawling speed of 5MB/s

Please investigate and help me out.

    Hello,

I’ve reviewed your YABS benchmark results. The disk performance looks consistent with an NVMe backend on large block sizes (64k–512k), while the 4k results are a bit lower than what you’d expect from bare-metal NVMe.
This doesn’t indicate a faulty drive, it’s usually related to how the virtual machine handles I/O queues (virtio drivers, cache mode, or I/O scheduler).

We’re currently working on optimizing the disk I/O configuration across our NVMe infrastructure, as the platform is still in a testing and fine-tuning phase.

I’ll personally review your support ticket and do my best to assist you and help you get the maximum possible performance from your VPS.

Thank you for your patience and for bringing this to our attention! 🙏

No, I need no tickets. My IPv6 is online. It works through 2a12:bec4:1821::1, the correct gateway.

    Hi @DeluxHost,

That is not the only issue. After the migration to NVMe SSD I started encountering many I/O errors restarting doesn't help it will always come back. I have also reported it under same ticket UHS-707979 I need assistance ASAP on the I/O issues, It rendered my VPS in an unusable and unstable state.

Your system is experiencing critical disk I/O errors indicating hardware failure or severe disk corruption, combined with a secondary systemd service failure.

Primary Issue: Disk I/O Errors on /dev/vda
The repeated "I/O error, dev vda, sector 10670000 op 0x0:(READ)" messages indicate the disk cannot read from specific sectors. This is a serious hardware-level failure where:

The virtual disk /dev/vda is experiencing read failures on sector 10670000

The flags 0x3000 phys_seg 1 prio class 0 indicate physical segment errors during read operations

Multiple consecutive errors at the same sector suggest permanent bad sectors or disk corruption
