Check your ping times to 38.45.64.1. You may be too far away to use this service effectively.

You have to check it in the panel area not in the billing area. I think its in the graphs section.

Thanks for fixing the networking issues! On Oct 30-31 the network was kinda weird so I wondered if the servers were being abused or it was just Cogent doing funny things, but since Nov 3 is now fixed :b
(I used smokeping prometheus exporter to keep track of the network)

Or it can be anywhere in the middle. And also depending on which server you were it could have been having issues as well. I had to add more memory to one of them on Nov. 1. Also other things can affect the network besides the network itself such as server load. The network itself has not had any issues.
