I did run that for a short time in the past and it became open to abuse, a few who ordered attempted to use the service for storing backups or mass downloadable content which breaks the TOS. It is now easier to offer limited space on the one time accounts.

How good is StackCP performance? Any reviews for this hosting performance?
I bought one the last time there were One time deals for a low-traffic site. Uptime is 99.9888% and has been up for 142 days/199 days (at this point, I think I glitched the settings to cause the downtime myself).
The only downside is that if you're not using the nameservers from the StackCP panel, then you'll have to manage the SSL certificates on your own.
I use cloudflare to manage DNS
