Looking for DEDI at Netherlands (NVMe raid0, 10-20Gb/s ipv4)
Looking for a dedicated server. My requirements are below:
1. 500GB/1TB NVMe Gen4/5 (minimum) [raid 0]
2. 10-20Gb/s + download speed
3. Decend CPU core for decryption, higher is better
4. Netherland IP
I have a budget almost 60-70$ maximum per month. I can't go more than 70$, within 60$ will be a perfect deal for me. Is my budget ok with my requirements ? Please help me find a deal !! Thanks to all, cheers.

I don't think you'll find that for such a price from what I have seen, how much traffic do you think you'll use? Some offer servers with 10gb ports for a higher price than your budget, but you're limited to some terabytes of traffic per month.
I will be consuming incoming bandwidth let's say 3-5 TB/month, upload BW, 5TB max should be enough for me. I actually need some frequent download speed at frequent time, not necessarily the server won't be consuming 24/7 speed.
Not going to happen lol.
At this Budget probably 1gbit Port. Which is more then enough for that amount of bw.
Not 10/20g
The closest thing we could offer would be a Ryzen 5 5600X, 64GB RAM, 512GB NVMe SSD on 10Gbps.

Budget is far below par.
Even thought VPSSLIM isn't offering you any service....
I would stay away from VPSSLIM. Issues with their service started back in earlier October 2025. Search the board and you will see how there was no communication. You can find people asking the provider still address tickets which have gone unanswered and/or resolved. I just had a ticket (#514854) auto close becuase VPSSLIM did not answer/resolve. They want payment but one can not even add a credit through the billing portal, and my service is suspended.
My educated guess is VPSSLIM has decided customers, like myself, who purchased service years (approximately 5 years ago) are losing money for company, and this is the company's way of getting rid of the customer. VPSSLIM is making a calculated decision to take the negative feedback vs continuing with service they agreed to provided at an agreed upon price.
