OVH VPS, I use full gigabit (333TB) on their VPS-2 line with no issues.
You are able to sustain 1Gbps 24x7 on the $6.75 a month VPS? That's amazing.

OVH so far is the only one that doesn't care if max it out. So many providers have unlimited but fair use. There are some that will say its ok but months later still suspend.
