Being "Pending" for several days is normal for VirMach now. Because their support is basically non-existent, and it's common for tickets to be ignored.
They have also left LET, so you can't expect any support here either.
Why would you buy virmach chicken
Look over at LowEndSpirit Virmach thread and see that couple locations are down and basically no feedback from the provider. They have cheap deals but it can go down any time with no guarantee they will ever come back. Looks like too much hardware for one man show.

It was mentioned during the purchase that only limited service is available, and a service fee of $15 per minute will be charged.
I have three Virmach VPSs, two in Los Angeles and one in New York City.
Whether to renew is still under consideration.

Reason: It's cheap enough, and it has two IP addresses.
Regarding how long it usually takes, I've had an open billing support ticket for 10 days now without response beyond the initial AI agent slop.
Heads up though, be careful of what payment methods you use with VirMach; it stores any you use without asking permission, and there's no way to delete them.
Got VirMach'ed here, 2 VPS working couple years no problem, suddenly 1 servers down, cannot reboot from console, cannot do anything.
Opening ticket is like hell, cannot select anything except auto network detection showing it's down, and need restart, blablabla.. then automatically open a ticket, which is replied by AI BOT!
try responding to ticket by replying, still no response.
invoice created for next month expired, I don't feel like want to continue this services, but unfortunately some of my projects are not yet fully backed up
