Nuyek not replying to tickets.
Hi everyone,
We have paid an invoice for 8 servers to @ZachNuyek. The total payment was $4320 USD. The payment was on 2025-07-21 they stated they would deliver after 1-2 weeks after the order.
He delivered 3 servers out of 8. With one server of the 3 delivered non-working at all since delivered. We have requested a refund through a ticket (only for the undelivered ones). Since we had to buy servers elsewhere due to them not delivering on the stated date which was 1-2 weeks after the order.
However we have not received any reply from them, the ticket is opened since 3 weeks without any reply.
We can only chargeback $1051 since the remaining payment was in Crypto, and we haven't even tried to chargeback, since we are trying to reach them without opening any disputes or problems.
What do you suggest everyone ?

Maybe it got missed like this guys?
I am genuinely curious though, if you used card for payment for $1051, why did you decide to pay $3000+ in crypto to a provider you don't have experience with before?
It was a wrong decision, the card had transaction limit that's why I couldn't pay the whole amount with it.
Same case here, made crypto payment as it was only possible at that time. No server delivered in over 3 months. Don't think there is anything else to do other than accept the loss and move on. Scams are pretty common in this line of business.
I will try to contact him, and hopefully we get some responses soon.
it seems like they didn't respond you like our tickets
Sorry to hear that @vingohost hopefully he does respond, I would just keep putting the communication there daily.
He did respond me a while ago regarding my service and hopefully he provides more updates to everyone soon.
He does respond to services transfer and ongoing services ticket, just not with services delivery.
I smell Ponzi /s
oh gosh this is still going on
My dedi & vps are still online but it would be nice to see @ZachNuyek surface and clear up the issues, i feel by avoiding LET its causing more panic for certain people and that will lead to charge backs and the problems will continue to pile up, we've all seen how that inevitably ends up
Joshua would be Prout.
I can't wait for the bitter end. I already requested a cancellation.
Same, jumping ship. Services ok but I mean... So many issues posted, no communication.... Its a red flag. Might be wrong but I'm out.
Paying for 8 servers all at once is a big deal you had! It would had been better to ask them about the inventory and then order servers accordingly.
Since they have already committed the remaining servers in the next 15 days, you will either need to wait or convince them for a refund.
I wish you best of luck with your servers!
what do you do on that working dedi/vps knowing the service can go down at any time and tickets won't be answered for months, if at all? I wouldn't even put my porn on it. It's funny how some people with working servers believe they're the winner in this greek tragedy.
Squeeze my cheeks together and hope for the best
Yep. But I'll still cancel some services. Keep just one active. Just in case.
What's that supposed to mean? Everybody values their stash and hold it on good servers.
Gosh, porn on servers...very strange. Anyway, my two machines (VPS and dedi) are fine, had a bit of downtime due to DDOS or whatever that was. However, the whole situation is worrying. Would be great to see some kind of statement from Mr. Nuyek.
pay in 8.21 still pending
If they're a real registered business entity, did you try small claims court? The fact you paid in crypto shouldn't matter, as long as you can prove that you paid, and that you paid them (and not some scammer). Crypto transactions can't be reversed by your bank, but they can still be reversed by a threat of jail time. And if they are bankrupt, can't squeeze blood from a stone, but having a judgement against them should still allow you to collect your share of their bankruptcy sale proceeds (if there are any).
Another red flag in their site:
A large DDoS attack took down their entire ipv4 range? So, no services are working at all?
BTW, they are still offering new services thru their site, no "out of stock" for example.
And he has to enter LET with his "official" account since mid September.
Neither good signs...
OK. So you must be one of those people who does not wish to defile a server's purity with lewd content.
I am one of those who just do not understand why you need to store useless porn on a paid remote server but anyway.
Sharing is caring.
you can put nextcloud on a paid remote server but probably only 5% of that data will actually get "served" (save a document, look at some vacation photos, etc). put porn on a remote server and that utilization goes up 10x at least. meaningless, yes, but useless? I think not. On the contrary, it's when paid server gets the most use.
Not @Saragoldfarb stealing my phrase
Thank you for sharing!
