I mean when an IP has been used before by someone else, it often shows a higher fraud score on various services. That’s why I specifically want a fresh IP that has never been used before. Unfortunately, it seems some people misunderstood what I meant.
It doesn't exist, every IP has been used at some time already, and it also doesn't make any sense to use an unrated ip without evidence of it having a business impact, that's why nobody understands you. Apparently you don't want to understand this and just play dumb.
