In regards to the case you are bringing up, actually it’s a very old case that didn’t get anywhere for many years, and it lingered for quite some time, and as you can imagine that isn’t any fun. And to be frank, especially when you have a family and are already running a multi million dollar operation.
The case never made it to a jury or prelim or trial, but it did linger as mentioned for years. Also, no jail time either, in fact the case was presented and attorneys coordinated from there. The good news is that the case was settled to allow everyone to mutually move on after many years of lingering with 4 of 5 of the charges being dropped entirely, and a single one being a misdemeanor, based on nolo contendere.
One thing for sure, if you steal one of these deals, YOU actually might end up in jail. Our deals are amazing. Much love!

Admittedly though, a lot of our recent focus has been behind the scenes, upgrading every single shared and reseller hosting server to our new next-gen platform. This has been a major rollout for us (tons of work behind the scenes to make this happen), and a huge win for customers, with all new shared/reseller orders already running on Ryzen CPUs, NVMe storage, and CloudLinux 9. The result is faster performance, improved stability, and plenty of runway for growth, all at no added cost.
We are getting very close to the finish line with regards to wrapping up the migration project, and soon enough, every existing shared/reseller hosting customer will be on the next-gen platform! We will then be able to focus on coming up with some new, creative deals for this product line
