OVH Order (renew) paid but invoice still unpaid

Anyone have experienced this?
renewing kimsufi not so straightfoward, when finally paid (order show complete, bank got charged) yet the invoice still show unpaid
already opened ticket from sunday (2/11) still no response. and finally service got expired

debit/credit card payment? If so it should complete in like 2 minutes. good luck with kimsufi support.
Seems payment get mangled inbetween, called my bank to investigated.
Pay (again) using paypal and succeed.
Back at OVH
They said payment not going through at 2 Nov
but at 2 Nov, order and billing page did not show status of payment failure,etc.
It just greyed expired, no further explanation.
and when switched to paypal, it will show payment failure status detailed.
as much as hate it's extra cost seems paypal a must for me to pay ovh
