Do these not show up on US OVH? I've never seen a US transfer.
Those won't show up in US OVH. Plus, servers in US OVH site cannot be transferred..
OVH US is eating their own meals. Different promotions, different deals, only prices are aligning somewhat finally (OVH US had been much higher before)

You can open up a US$ World account on OVH CA and transfer to (and from) other OVH CA (World) users.
E.g. I have accounts on OVH US, OVH CA World and OVH EU (yes, those are three different accounts).
Edit: regarding OVH US: don't know if they allow transfers inside OVH US, haven't tried this yet.
But you can transfer OVH EU (€) to OVH EU (€) or OVH CA (US$/World) to OVH CA (US$/World).

US OVH can't transfer between US OVH.
The benefit of US OVH is that you can order servers in HIL and VIN and that's it. For pretty much anything else, uusing CA or EU is better.
This. And sometimes, rarely, you get some models and/or deals that are US-only. Plus the OVH US localzones vps in LAX,PAO,SEA,DEN,DAL,MIA,ATL and NYC.
Are you sure? Last time I tried transferring the KS Atom from EU (IE) to CA, it did not permit...
That does not work, you can only transfer inside one, e.g. EU with all EU country subsidiaries all on €*, or inside OVH CA World, or inside OVH CA Canada but not across any of those.
You can transfer GBP to EU and vice versa
