I just do nto see logic to waste 6-12h to make script and then:
1. do not work as I just need 1 server
2. its all gone from scalpers
Would it not be 100% better just to disable API buy for those LE servers and rekt all the scalpers lurking

@adns wrote a guide on how to buy a server from OVH's API console. It’s in their signature. Any script will just automate something similar, but doing it manually works just as well (and is a good way to understand how scripts work before you try one or make your own).

I think that this kind of offers and let the API to use is simply another advertisement place for OVH. There are a few hundred (or less number) people who configures bots, looks the API and talk about here since 469 pages. For these prices keeps the servers, we are not see high amount of it on the market. Some servers traded in DM or on Nodeseek for high prices but usualy these kept. So API users, LET members with routine can order it 3--4 times in an year. And there are the other ~40--45 weeks, where are not limited editions. If someone search for cheap dedi, one of results is OVH Kimsufi and this forum where the average satisfaction is high with these cheaps servers. However if someone want to order a server for a purpose will not wait for special offers and when installed the server, ordered license (E.G. cPanel) will not start to migrate it as it requires a high amount of engineer hours. It is a practical experience, for a non-profit we only ordered regular VPSs as requirement time and offer time usualy very different and there is no time to wait, or rent a server for a few months and start a migration to a new, cheap one. Extra engineer hours, extra work.
So I know that very frustrating to miss these special deals but there isn't any acceptable reason on OVH side to change the regulations. And if they limit it, stocks runs out slower and lottery chances reduced.
