The new 1G plan is 20 cents cheaper, and after bandwidth doubling has 6 TB vs. 4 TB bandwidth. Slight variations; I wonder if anybody uses close to 4 TB on a 1G plan? The bigger news is probably DC02 stock.

Hi @keyzal -- I understand where you’re coming from and appreciate the opportunity to clarify. For our 2025 11.11 promos, we’ve deployed brand-new nodes designated specifically for this event. At this moment, DC-02 inventory is only allocated for product id's 918, 919, and 920 (in other words, the 2 GB RAM and higher 11.11 plans).

When we run major promotions, we plan and dedicate capacity to specific nodes ahead of time. There are business and logistical reasons for this (but that’s a topic for another day). We’re actively expanding capacity, and once additional DC-02 inventory becomes available for general use, we’ll reintroduce it across other plans that previously included it, and if capacity/inventory allows, we don't mind allowing migrations too. But we're just not there yet.

To clarify, this situation applies only to DC-02. We generally avoid setting too many restrictions -- and anyone who’s worked with RackNerd can tell you we’re a “yes” and “make it happen” type of company, and we truly do our best to go above and beyond for our customers. That said, DC-02 is a unique case: capacity there is limited and demand is extremely high. The new nodes that have capacity in that location are set aside exclusively for 11.11 for now. General availability may return soon, but at this moment, that’s where things stand, so if you’re specifically looking for DC-02 be sure to grab one of the above mentioned plans.

Thank you for your reply, but this isn't the first time I've applied for migration service. I've applied for at least three months, and each time I've been rejected. It just goes to show that you have absolutely no regard for the rights and demands of long-term users.

Migration is not a right it's a courtesy from the host...... You can always get a new one......

I'm sorry, I don't quite understand, but the purchase page clearly stated that migration to all regions was supported. How is that not a benefit? If it hadn't been stated, I wouldn't have made this request.

Can you share some screenshot of proof of the same stating you are entitled for migration to every DC RN have services with, if it's indeed the case I will retract my statement, I've been with providers(other than RN as well) and it's always the courtesy if i want to migrate to another location.

Thank you again for your reply. Here are screenshots of my original service purchase (please forgive me for only being able to find the Chinese interface) and the customer service's reply.

From the above screenshots i don't find anything that says you are entitled a guaranteed service migration to DC02, yes you are eligible but it all boils down to capacity every host has a planned capacity for new sales and if there's any left after sales I am pretty sure they will do that for you, again the screenshot in ZH says the available locations for the servers it doesn't says they will do the migration if one location goes OOS, you can either wait and keep opening tickets for the "courteous location migration" or place a new order.
