Since the purchase date (2nd of Dec) this never worked and I bought your VDS specifically for this. Proxmox ISO load keeps failing and your support keeps saying that they’re looking into it.
It’s been almost 1 week now, any ETA?
I hope at least you will extend the expiration date since it’s been unusable for me for now.
c'mon, man... you know better than to give ETR's before you've got your actual hands on the actual problem ... remember, the road to hell is paved with good intentions.
(That's to say, I'll assume you meant it when you wrote it, cuz I'm guessing you'd rather be doing Saturday things instead of scratching your heads over busted servers - but then again, maybe you wanted an excuse to get out of the house ... what do I know, right?)

1 of my 2 VDS's is alive (for the moment), the other (3355) is boot-looping with no bootable options except "legacy option rom" ... 🤷🏻♂️
aaand, while my dedi managed to stay up for over an hour this time, it just 💩 the bed again for just over 1 minutes as I'm typing this (started at 16:53 EST) so, it seems like the trunk optic problem is still ongoing ... (for those following along, the hetrixtools link in earlier comment about it shows the outage that just happened)
still hoping, man ... still hoping... the deals were good... they held great value - IF y'all can deliver on reliability ... remains to be seen... anxiously awaiting resolution ...

We stand behind our products, we sincerely apologize for the issues. I can certainly empathize with the frustration, especially after spending a large chunk of money on services with us.
These issues are not representative of the quality of service to expect from our products and network.
We're working on tracing down the root causes of one VDS node and Rack 10's network instability. The VDS node seemed to have a drive unmount which caused issues - we're trying to trace down root cause and button up any complications within ProxMox. Rack 10 is set up with the same configuration (hardware and general config) as our other 13 dedicated server racks. It's having some unique issues that we're working on tracking down and resolving. We have a few members from our engineering team on site and plenty of spare hardware from switches to chassis if either are required for the VDS or Rack 10 issues.
We appreciate your patience in this anxious time, and we will do everything we can to make it right. We also won't hold your money hostage, we have no intentions nor desire to make this a trouble filled experience for anyone

I updated my ticket twice today, but as it stands, it seemed like I got more interaction on LET than in the ticketing system, so here I am.
VDS's are alive-n- well now... the dedi, on the other hand, still crapping itself.
What to do?? My own internet will be sketchy the next few days, but I'm hoping to keep tabs on this...
I get it, it's a Sunday night in early December ... then again, I don't run a hosting provider ... yeah, it's not a production workload (at the moment), and it's a cheap deal dedi - but how this is handled should illustrate how you'd handle more expensive/valuable services, right?
I'm not out here tryin' to bypass the system - I'm out here cuz it's feeling like the system is bypassing me ...

This is really annoying me now.
1 week and still not fixed, all I get is barely 1 response every 24 hrs to say that you’re looking into it.
Yesterday you claimed that it was fixed but it’s not and again I’m here waiting for another 15 hrs for a response.
Either you sort this out and extend the expiration or refund me, this is not acceptable.
haha, ticket went unanswered for close to four days and only got a reply today. Don't know what you guys are going through, but still hoping to keep the replies coming once every 24 hours, hopefully it'll be a week before the problem is solved and then I can start using it normally

DartNode's billing practices are a bit strange.
I paid for the VPS-1 plan announced in the first message of this thread on 29 Nov 2024. It was an offer for a year.
On 23 Oct 2025 they issued me an invoice due on 1 Nov 2025. I logged in their portal to see what is up with that. There was an invoice for 10 USD but it did not say if it is for a month or a year. It was only possible to terminate my service to end at 1 Nov 2025 even though I had already paid until 29 Nov 2025 per the original VPS-1 offer. So obviously I didn't do that. I didn't have plans to continue another year either, so I didn't pay the invoice.
Ever since 1 Nov 2025 I have been receiving e-mails where they are threatening to suspend my service unless I pay. However in my understanding year is 12 months and not 11 months.
In the e-mail they state the following:
When I try to reply to the reply-to address of that e-mail to inform them that I am not planning to pay their invoice, I get a bounce:
I am giving up now. I don't want to waste more time with this crappy provider any more. I was never satisfied with the performance anyway. On the positive side the VPS did stay up most of the time apart from couple of long downtimes a while ago.
Edited to add: Please note that this is for their year 2024 offer. I just wanted to share my experiences with this provider for the benefit of others who may be considering. I will be looking for another deal to replace this one.
