Sure, they have no presence on LET apart from BF deals. They ignore all the questions about their networking. No support on weekend (I accidentally cancelled my server instantly and I had 24 hours to cancel it but no one responded my ticket so it's gone)
Mainly due to first two reasons, I decided to cancel my all 4 servers from Naranja. Just sharing my experience.

Meh. My Genoa vps was shit and I kept it idle hoping things will get better but it never did.
Network was not good but that comes in to equation when the server actually runs!
The server automatically gets shut down even when idle. Tried different OS but the random shut down issue was so much that I gave up.
