I want more storage - can I add another SSD to my server? How many SSDs can we attach to my current GGDED server?
My apologies! I missed your question until now. Our GGDED chassis supports up to 6 drives. If you open a ticket I can look at how many drive slots your server is currently occupying and how much more storage we could add.

It'd be best if you opened a trouble ticket to ask this question. The answer depends on what server you already have with us, where it's located and what other availability we have in the same cabinet or nearby.
Just to clarify for anyone else who is reading: we do facilitate this type of request often and the traffic exchanged over the private LAN between one or more servers is free (i.e., does not accrue against your monthly bandwidth totals).

Do you offer migration services?
Would this be as a new customer or an existing customer looking to migrate into a new/upgraded server?

If you're coming from VMs that run cPanel and migrating to a dedicated server with cPanel, then we can assist with the migration process. A cPanel migration is predictable enough that we can reasonably support it. Outside of that, there's just way too much variation in what you could be running on your server for us to be able to provide a migration service (let alone a free migration service).
If you had an existing dedicated server with us and wanted to upgrade into better hardware on a different chassis, then that would be a situation where we could likely assist with a relatively pain-free lift into the new chassis. That kind of migration we support on a regular basis.

When is the best time to place an order before 6pm and complete server setup on the same day?
We have a 24 hour setup guarantee, but if you want to minimize the amount of time that you're waiting for server setup, then I'd recommend placing an order in our early morning hours. We're based in Seattle (GMT -8 or GMT -7 depending on the time of year).
Better yet, if you know that you're going to place an order within the next few days, you can open a sales/support ticket with us in advance and we can make sure that we have available inventory for you ahead of time. We do occasionally sell out -- especially with these heavily discounted promo servers.

Is there IPMI automatic panel reinstallation
All of our servers do come with IPMI, but OS re-installs aren't automatic -- that's not something that IPMI by itself supports. IPMI gives you, among other things, the ability to mount ISO files as a virtual CD-ROM drive that you can then use to re-installs the operating system. We often do this for our customers upon request or you're welcome to perform OS re-installs yourself if you prefer.
