There's your issue. This is now several hundred dollars just in memory cost for a provider to purchase. ROI being 2+ years out without operating costs on a 10 year old machine doesn't make the most sense. Of course there is old stock, but likely to remain in use before the entire hosting market re-adjusts to the new normal of hardware demand / pricing cycles.
