I'm looking for a Frankfurt VPS that will provide the lowest latency to this IP address.

it looks like edis BG SOFIA uses melbicom BG Sofia
The lowest I can find is the Bulgarian ip above, I am looking for 22ms and even lower.

I did a globalping test and it looks like MVPS has the best latency. (around 22-23 ms)
I have no experience with this provider but I see @zejjnt has them in sig
Personally, I think a lot of providers there have very similar latency, I doubt you will feel the difference between 23 and 26 ms.

I can launch two other measurements for you but I need destination IP in Istanbul to launch them
Yeah that's the one I have in Frankfurt currently so it felt pretty obvious to use that one
And I agree; we're talking low numbers here and I would suggest looking at what you need except for low ping to said IP because that's gonna be a whole lot more work to decide about.
