Looking for a high storage dedicated server

hi,
I am currently looking for a dedicated server that meets the following specifications. Preferred location: USA.
Central Processing Unit (CPU): Any processor with a clock speed of 2.2GHz or above, such as dual E5 series processors or similar models.
Memory (RAM): At least 128GB.
Storage: At least 500GB of solid-state drive (SSD) or M.2 NVMe.
Hard Disk (HDD): At least 90TB or larger.
Bandwidth: At least 2-10Gbps with unlimited data traffic. Budget: $100 - $150.
If anyone has recommendations or suitable proposals, I would be very grateful. Thank you!

Not possible within your budget. If you're fine with 1 Gbit/s Unmetered -> Hetzner is the only option.
